Shipping Methods & Delivery

On the cart page, you will be able to see the shipping cost of your order after choosing your delivery destination and before you complete check out.

All orders will be processed, packed for shipping and delivered to the post office within 1-3 days of a payment clearing.

Information for deliveries within the UK

All deliveries within the UK will be sent using the Royal Mail Recorded Signed For™ service.
The estimate given for delivery time is within 1-3 working days of posting. This is a Royal Mail estimate and unfortunately can't be guaranteed by Kookizu.

Because Recorded Signed For™ is a trackable service, any items lost in transit will be replaced/refunded if a replacement isn't available.

Most jewellery items can be sent as Large Letters so postage costs are £1.60* and 25p for each additional item.
* Larger items and items that need to be sent in protective boxes, such as rings, will need to be sent as a Small Packet and have a base postage price of £2.40.

If you have not received your order within 14 days in the UK please contact Kookizu.

Information for deliveries outside of the UK

Deliveries to destinations outside of the UK use the most cost effective delivery method of Royal Mail's Standard Airmail service.
The estimate given for delivery time is 3-5 working days to destinations within Europe and 5-7 working days for the Rest of the World. This is a Royal Mail estimate and unfortunately can't be guaranteed by Kookizu.

Please bear in mind that international shipping can sometimes take longer than estimated depending on your country's Customs checks. Any additional duty or customs charges applicable in the destination country are payable by the recipient.

Although a receipt of posting will be obtained when your order is delivered to the post office in the UK, Standard Airmail offers no way of tracking a delivery and as such Kookizu will unfortunately not be able to offer a refund for any deliveries that go missing in transit.
Should you require the added security of a traceable delivery, please contact Kookizu via email or use the contact form to request that your order be sent using the Royal Mail Airsure© service at an additional cost of £4.90 on top of the usual delivery fee. Orders sent using Airsure© that go missing in transit will be replaced or refunded.

Most jewellery items can be sent as Standard Airmail Small Packets so postage costs are £1.60 and 25p for each additional item to destinations within Europe, and £2.15 and 25p for each additional item to the Rest of the World.

If you have not received your order within 28 days internationally please contact Kookizu.

Returns

It's important that you are happy with any product you decide to purchase from Kookizu. Care has been taken to describe and photograph products as thoroughly and accurately as possible so that you will know what to expect from your purchase.

All orders will be carefully packaged, but in the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in the post please contact Kookizu within 7 days to arrange a return and replacement / refund when a replacement isn't available.

Distance selling regulations mean customers have 7 working days upon receipt of delivery in which they can change their mind and return the package in the same condition that it was sent for a full refund of the price paid for the purchase - paid when goods have been successfully returned. The customer will be responsible for bearing the cost of the return postage. Items not received will not be refunded, so it's recommended that you obtain a proof of posting. Postage costs for returns will only be refunded if the item is faulty.

Please contact Kookizu as soon as possible via email or the contact form here if you need to return an item for any reason.

Please Note : For hygiene reasons all earrings are non-returnable. Any items that have been custom made or personalized are also non-returnable.

Prices & Currency

All prices on kookizu.com are given in GBP (United Kingdom Pounds).  This currency convertor can be used to give an approximate conversion into your selected currency - however it should be noted that exchange rates can change and you should check the invoice sent to you from PayPal for a more accurate total.

All materials, including images and designs, written and other text that are part of the site are protected by copyright and cannot be copied or reproduced in any form.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents or the site.

Privacy

Any information you supply when making an order (postal addresses, email addresses etc) will only be used for the intended purposes of posting you your purchases and will not be passed onto any third parties by Kookizu.

Product Care

Although most products should be 'splashproof' it would be advised to avoid prolonged contact with water. Remove your jewellery when taking a bath or shower or swimming!
Be careful when you spray perfumes/body sprays. The alcohol content can sometimes cause metals to tarnish and acrylic to crack. Try to avoid spraying directly onto the jewellery.
To clean fingerprints, dust etc off acrylic jewellery you can use a mild soap and water solution. Dry your jewellery with a nice soft cloth to avoid streaks or scratches and to ensure that any metal findings are thoroughly dried.
Lastly, remember that some of the pieces are fairly delicate. You should avoid knocking and crushing them as much as possible. Look after your jewellery and it should last you a long time!

Because of some small parts Kookizu products could present a choking hazard and are therefor completely unsuitable for children under 3 years old. Please use parental judgement if you plan to give the products to children that are still young but over the age of 3.
